Reconnect Studio provides professional services including but not limited to:

Framer Development
Landing Page Design
Product Design
Brand Identity Design
UX/UI Design
Design Consulting
Creative Retainers
All services are governed by individual project proposals, quotations, or signed agreements.
2. Project Acceptance
A project officially begins once:
A proposal has been accepted.
The required deposit has been received.
Both parties agree to the project scope.
3. Scope of Work
Each project includes only the deliverables outlined within the approved proposal.
Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may require:
Additional fees
Timeline adjustments
A separate project agreement
4. Payments
Invoices must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined within the project agreement.
Late payments may result in:
Project suspension
Delayed delivery
Additional administrative fees where permitted by law
Final deliverables remain the property of Reconnect until all outstanding invoices have been paid in full.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate information
Supply required content on time
Respond promptly to feedback requests
Designate a primary project contact
Delays in communication may affect project timelines.
6. Revisions
Projects include the number of revision rounds specified in the proposal.
Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Upon final payment, ownership of approved final deliverables transfers to the client.
Reconnect retains ownership of:
Initial concepts
Unused design directions
Internal processes
Frameworks
Design methodologies
Reusable assets
Templates
Proprietary systems
Reconnect reserves the right to showcase completed work within its portfolio and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Third-Party Services
Projects may include third-party platforms including:
Framer
Shopify
Figma
Google Analytics
Calendly
Stripe
Reconnect is not responsible for outages, pricing changes, security incidents, or functionality changes made by third-party providers.
9. Project Timelines
Estimated timelines depend upon:
Client responsiveness
Content delivery
Scope changes
Third-party dependencies
Reconnect is not liable for delays caused by client inactivity or external circumstances.
10. Cancellation
Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.
Completed work will be invoiced proportionally based on work completed prior to termination.
11. Warranties
Reconnect provides services with reasonable care and professional skill.
Except where required by law, services are provided "as is" without guarantees regarding:
Search engine rankings
Revenue
Sales
Lead generation
Future business performance
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Reconnect shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant project.
13. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to protect confidential information exchanged during the project.
Confidential information will not be disclosed except where required by law.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction specified in the applicable client agreement.
15. Changes
Reconnect may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
